The Gretsch G5230T Electromatic Jet FT is a lightweight electric guitar with a licensed Bigsby B50 vibrato tailpiece and two Black Top Filter'Tron humbucker pickups. The Jet is an iconic model that's a true Gretsch classic! Its chambered body produces a wide, balanced and transparent tone without feedback and you can tweak it to perfection using the volume and tone controls. The 3-way pickup switch makes it possible select either pickup or combine them together.
G5230T Electromatic Jet FT: wood types, vibrato tailpiece and playing comfort
The body is made of mahogany and has a maple top giving you an instrument with prominent lows and mids as well as smooth trebles that sparkle. The B50 vibrato tailpiece is perfect for adding subtle embellishments to your playing. The U profile on the mahogany neck along with the 12-inch fretboard radius and 22 medium frets make this model a joy to play too.
