The Ibanez RGAIX6FM in Transparent Gray Flat is a guitar with DiMarzio Fusion Edge pickups and a look that's as sleek and focused as its sound. It's a true no-nonsense machine for guitarists who like to focus on their playing instead of their gear. Amongst its many noteworthy features, you'll find an ebony fretboard with no position markers which lends a bright accent to its sound. Furthermore, the fixed Gibraltar Standard II-bridge and the Gotoh MG-T Locking Tuners ensure optimal tuning stability. In short, it's a guitar for true speed freaks.
RGAIX6FM: DiMarzio pickups and Nitro Wizard neck
The RGAIX6FM is equipped with DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbuckers. These pickups are the result of a close working relationship between Ibanez and DiMarzio, and they give the RGA a surprisingly versatile character. What's more, there's also the coil tap switch, which effectively changes the humbuckers into single-coils, resulting in sparkling cleans. Of course, a fast neck is also a must, which is why the Iron Label RGA is fitted with a 3-piece maple/bubinga Nitro Wizard neck.

De cleane tonen klinken heel erg helder. Wat ik bij mijn vorige gitaar heb ervaren, de Ibanez S370 is dat losse snaaraanslagen soms de tonen door elkaar heen gaan klinken wanneer je niet goed dempt. Deze gitaar is werkelijk waar een vooruitgang.
Deze elementen zijn te gek, geweldige gitaar voor hardere muzieksoorten maar ik speel er ook rustig blues op. De coilswitch vind ik voor mijzelf (nog) geen toevoeging, ik had liever een toonknop gehad. Misschien ontdek ik later de extra waarde er nog van, een coilswitch is namelijk nieuw voor mij.
Mocht je toe zijn aan een volgende gitaar omdat je met jouw gitaarspel vooruitgang boekt, dan kan ik deze gitaar van harte aanraden!
De look van de gitaar is ontzettend cool! mooi gebruik van verschillende houtsoorten.
Een minpunt: het gebruikte hout is aan de zachte kant, één stootje en er zit een deukje in...zonde! :-(
De afwerking van de lak vind ik ook wat tegenvallen. Er zit een schoonheidsfoutje op, er is net niet recht geverfd.

Le manche fin est une spécialité Ibanez et c'est un plaisir de jouer tant le toucher est doux et la glisse facile .
Rien à dire au niveau de la finition et pour le prix c'est une excellent affaire.
Une guitare qui en jette avec des "bois " de qualité.

Elle a vraiment la classe et sonne vraiment bien. Le toucher fait vraiment bois et doux que ce soit sur le manche ou le corps, vous n'aurez pas de soucis de glisse, ou de parti qui "colle" à cause du vernis.
Seul point noir : les finitions de peinture
- Les repères sur le manche ont été posé à la "va vite" : les deux point des cases 12 et 24 ne sont pas bien alignés.
- les contours blancs ne sont pas "parfait", de légère bavure à certains endroits, ou un passage trop fin à d'autre.
Mais en même temps ça doit être le prix pour passer la guitare en dessous des 1000 ?
C'est tout ce qui lui retire sa 5e étoile.

Een mooi helder geluid, dat zeer geschikt is voor de heftigere muziek genres. Ook de coil switch is een erg leuke toevoeging, persoonlijk gebruik ik deze vooral voor mooie clean tones.
De gitaar zelf is erg dun en heeft een dunne hals, wat voor veel speelcomfort zorgt. Hij voelt licht aan en is vooral een parel voor het oog.
Ik ben zeer tevreden met mijn aankoop en de goede service die bij bax gegarandeerd is.
