The Jackson X series Soloist SLATXMG-3-6 in beautiful Candy Metallic Blue has an ergonomic design, is ultra-fast to play and has a wicked tone. The basswood body produces a unique, airy type of sound with warmth and clarity added by the maple neck and rosewood fretboard. You have 24 jumbo frets at your disposal and the Floyd Rose Special tremolo bridge allows you to add vibrato effects to your heart's content without having to worry about tuning.
Jackson SLATXMG3-6: metal monster
Two active EMG humbuckers are responsible for delivering the sound of the SLATXMG3-6. There's an EMG 81 in the bridge position and an EMG 85 in the neck position. This combination of humbuckers have been kicking ass in heavier music styles together for decades and offer all the sounds you could possibly hope for. A compound fretboard radius that measures between 12 and 16 inches makes it easier to play chords lower down the neck and super-fast solos higher up. Whether this is your first guitar, or another one for the collection, you can't go wrong with the Jackson X series Soloist SLATXMG3-6 in Candy Metallic Blue.
