This handsome, mahogany-bodied axe not only features a quilted maple top, but a set of trusty locking tuners and a stable fixed bridge that team up to shape long-lasting sustain and outstanding resonance.
The JS-1000: Deluxe Feel
Having opted for a Canadian maple neck that's been roasted to remove excess moisture, JET Guitars has ensured a stable build that feels as good as it looks. Add the slim, 42mm nut and the comfortably round, 9.5-inch fretboard radius and you're assured of the playability needed to deliver both tight rhythms parts and smashing leads.
Versatile Tone
The JET JS-1000 has an HSS pickup load-out which puts a hand-wound humbucker at the bridge and hand-wound alnico single-coils in the middle and neck position. The result is a satisfying dynamic response and a high degree of tonal flexibility. As a sweet bonus, this 1000 Series electric guitar comes finished with a mini-switch so you can split the coils of the bridge humbucker for even more tonal options.
