General

The Schecter Banshee Mach-7 FR S LH is a high-quality 7-string electric guitar for left-handed guitarists seeking an uncompromising combination of playing comfort, powerful tone and extensive versatility. The body is crafted from Swamp Ash and features a beautiful Flamed Maple top in Fallout Burst. The one-piece neck is constructed from Roasted Maple and Purpleheart in a multi-layered design and features the Ultra Access heel, allowing you to play effortlessly even in the higher positions. The ebony fretboard, the 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets and the Ultra Thin U-profile make this Banshee particularly well-suited to fast playing styles.

Lundgren and Sustainiac

In terms of electronics, the Banshee Mach-7 FR S LH combines a Lundgren M7 pickup in the bridge position with a Sustainiac in the neck position. The Lundgren M7 guarantees a tight and powerful sound with sufficient definition for modern metal, whilst the Sustainiac provides virtually endless sustain. You can select the desired pickup via the 3-way pickup selector switch. In addition, the guitar features a separate on/off switch for the Sustainiac and a 3-way mode switch with Fundamental, Mix and Harmonic modes. This allows you to fine-tune the sustain effect to suit your playing style and desired sound.

Floyd Rose 1500

The Floyd Rose 1500 Series bridge is ideal for expressive tremolo playing and allows for wide pitch variations. Thanks to its locking mechanism, the tuning remains stable. The Grover Rotomatic 18:1 tuners ensure precise tuning and reliable string tension. The 26.5-inch scale length (673 mm) provides a firm string tension that suits a 7-string guitar well. The nut is 47.6 mm wide and the fretboard has a 12–16-inch compound radius. The guitar is fitted with Ernie Ball 7-string strings in .009–.062 gauge and features Black Chrome hardware. The matching SCSGR-UNIV1 case is available separately.
