General
The Schecter Hellraiser C-7 FR Black Cherry is a 7-string electric guitar built for modern, heavy music styles. The mahogany body features a beautiful Quilted Maple top and is finished in a deep Black Cherry colour. Thanks to the longer 26.5-inch scale length, the low strings remain tight and defined, even in lower tunings. The glued mahogany neck with Ultra Access also ensures a comfortable transition to the higher frets on the neck. With 24 X-Jumbo frets and a slim Thin C neck profile, this Hellraiser offers excellent playability.
Powerful EMG 707TW pickups
This Hellraiser C-7 FR is fitted with two active EMG 707TW pickups, one in the bridge position and one at the neck. These powerful humbuckers deliver a clear, tight and defined sound that is particularly well-suited to heavy distortion and modern metal. What’s more, the 707TW pickups are split-capable, giving you more versatile tonal options alongside powerful humbucker sounds. The combination of two EMG pickups results in a highly versatile instrument with ample output for heavy riffs, fast solos and pronounced low-end. The rosewood fretboard contributes to a comfortable playing experience.
Floyd Rose 1000 and reliable hardware
For spectacular vibrato effects, the Schecter Hellraiser C-7 FR is fitted with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo. Combined with the Grover tuners, this system offers excellent stability during intensive use. The guitar comes fitted as standard with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky 7 strings in gauges .010 to .056. The Black Chrome hardware provides a stylish contrast to the Black Cherry finish. The Schecter Hellraiser C-7 FR has model number 1812. If you’re looking for a suitable case, you can opt for the separately available Schecter SCSGR-1C.
