General

The Spira Guitars S-457 is a multiscale (fanned-fret) 7-string electric guitar for players who want to keep the low register tight, without compromising on smooth lead playing. Because each string has its own scale length, the tension feels more balanced across the entire neck and you benefit from better intonation, particularly at lower tunings. With a scale length of up to 26.5 inches at the bass end, that seventh string remains nicely responsive, whilst the higher strings are perfect for bends and fast runs.

Powerful Villain™ humbuckers and stable hardware

In terms of tone, you’re in good hands with the Spira Villain™ seven-string humbuckers: tight in the low end, controlled under high gain and with enough clarity to keep chords and riffs well-defined. The body is crafted from roasted poplar with a spalted poplar top, combined with a roasted maple neck and roasted maple fingerboard for a resonant and consistent tone. Furthermore, this S-457 features 24 jumbo frets, a 14-inch radius and a nut width of 48 mm. The fixed bridge and black locking tuners complete the package, ensuring stable tuning.

Bax Music Warranty This product comes with a 3-year warranty.
