General

The Guild F-2512E Maple 12-string acoustic guitar offers that unmistakable sound that was made famous by artists like The Byrds, Bob Dylan and David Bowie. Its Jumbo size gives this guitar a lot of volume and a full sound, and you can amplify it using Guild's own built-in AP-1 Active Acoustic Piezo Pickup. The neck has a comfortable Slim C profile with a relatively flat fretboard and a wide string nut. It features a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard and decorative pearloid details.

Guild F-2512E Maple: Full Tonal Characteristics

With a solid Sitka spruce top and maple sides, the F-2512E produces a clear and balanced sound. Its rosewood fretboard adds a touch of warmth and the combination of wood types ensures that all frequency ranges are covered. Even without amplification, you'll have a great sound at your disposal that gets even better when you plug it in. The built-in preamp enables you to fine-tune your sound via the Guild AP-1 pickup. The preamp features controls for adjusting the volume and tone.
