Tja, het is een stevige prijs die voor twee plakken rubber betaald wordt, maar eerlijk is eerlijk: het is de moeite waard. Te beginnen bij de grootte. Als je al een 14"digital snare (ook een aanrader) hebt, voelt zo'n 14" hihat gewoon natuurlijker aan.
Dan het spelen zelf: Tijdens het spel merk je gelijk welke finesses je ineens wel kunt doen én horen. Deze hihat pikt zo goed als alles op. Van dicht tot open en alles er tussenin. Absoluut een meerwaarde voor je TD27 of TD50.
Waarom dan 4 sterren? Heel simpel. Bijna 800eu voor een hihat.. Ze zijn niet goed wijs daar bij Roland.
