General
Couple it up with the Alesis Strike Amp MK2 and make the amplified sound of your electronic drum kit more intense than ever. This next-gen edition features a 12 inch driver, pushes 2,500 Watts of power and boasts a maximum sound pressure level of 132 decibels - all to give things some solid kick. The addition of a 1 inch tweeter also gives the snare and hi-hats some necessary clarity and snap while, thanks to the flat response of this Alesis design, the basses and trebles never get overpowering, resulting in extremely accurate and authentic audio reproduction. The Strike Amp MK2 amplifier is also insanely lightweight considering the power, making it easy to load in and position.
A Drum Amplifier with Bluetooth
Your electronic drum kit is simply connected up via the set of balanced combo XLR and jack ports found on the rear of the amp and, since this model features a two-channel setup with separate volume controls, you can also hook up your drum pads or a drum machine as well as your kit. Another nice perk is the inclusion of a Bluetooth receiver, so you can stream loops, backing tracks or your favourite jamming playlist through the Strike Amp and play along and, to support clear sound when multiple instruments and amplifiers are fighting for presence in the rehearsal space or on stage, simply hit the HPF EQ switch to remove any clashing frequencies.
