General

Expanded with an extra tom and a 'real' hi-hat consisting of two pads instead of one, the Efnote 3X is a fully fledged electronic drum kit for rehearsal and recording sessions and even small gigs. Compared to the regular Efnote 3, this souped-up kit also features an extra-large kick and ride. Please note that the hi-hat stand seen in the images serves illustrative purposes only and is not included.

The NextGen Standard

The crash and ride cymbals have been kitted out with three zones: a rim trigger, edge trigger and bell trigger as well as with 360° multi-sensors. The cymbals can also be choked on all sides to cut off a strike, as you would with an acoustic cymbal, and to give the stick response a more realistic feel, these models even manage to simulate the weight of genuine cymbals. The toms have a rim trigger as well as a head trigger to support more subtle rim clicks and the snare has an extra side rim trigger, while every monocoque shell has been finished in silver sparkle and fitted with rubber hoops.

Advanced Drum Module

The EFD-3 module is a surprisingly compact unit with a fuss free control panel fitted with nothing more than an intuitive touchscreen and navigation knob. This sleek aluminium box is home to Tru-Aco sound technology that delivers hyper-real drum and cymbal sound samples captured in stereo and the broad dynamic range of the samples gives the sound a convincing three-dimensional quality. This module also features a built-in audio interface with eight individual outputs and two audio inputs are also provided to offer more in-depth recording and production options. For expanding the sound even further, USB MIDI is also supported.

Wrote the following about Efnote 3X E-Drum Kit Electronic Drum Kit

Uitgebreide drumkit met kwalitietsvol geluid en gevoel. De cymbalen voelen goed aan om op te spelen en te dempen en zien er goed uit. In combinatie met de "tripod" voeten voor de tom's zorgt Efnote voor een meer 'premium' look in vergelijking met de simpelere drumrekken die je bij andere merken hebt.

Bovendien is de installatie ook simpel.
