General

Enjoy an extensive yet relatively simple-to-operate instrument with this tightly designed Nord percussion pad. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, you can easily choose from hundreds of individual samples to compose your own sets. Or, choose from any of the pre-installed drum or percussion sets. Play the six velocity-sensitive pads with sticks or just your hands, and connectors include midi in/out as well as a connector for an external drum pedal. Effects such as reverb, delay, EQ, drive and crush can be set up per individual channel, or you can control the effects from the master channel. The Nord Drum 3P percussion pad is equipped with a stereo output and a headphone jack.

Heel fijn apparaat. Speelt veel muzikaler dan de sample-based drumpads, die voor mij toch altijd een beetje statisch en weinig levenslustig aanvoelen. De geluiden zijn top en divers, zoals we van Nord mogen verwachten. Voldoende instelmogelijkheden om je eigen geluiden te maken.

Klinkt geweldig, veel meer responsive dan andere drumpads. Ook zijn er veel verschillende soorten geluiden mee te maken, vooral hele mooie tonale geluiden (e.g. synths, bells, marimba's). Het enige nadeel is dat het niet mogelijk is om alle pads tegelijkertijd te transponeren, bijvoorbeeld om mee te spelen met een nummer dat in een andere toonsoort staat.

Zeer expressieve drumsynth, mooie aanvulling op sample-gebaseerde drumcomputers. Zet hem op een standaard en koppel er een basdrum kick trigger aan, bijvoorbeeld een Roland KD-10 en je hebt een supercompacte drumset die je ook nog met midi aan je DAW kunt koppelen.

Hele krachtige drumsynth met veel mogenlijkheden. Beetje kleine pads maar ze spelen wel lekker. Sluit een sequencer en een compressor aan en gaan!
