Wrote the following about Roland SPD-30-BK Octapad Digital Percussion Pad (Black)

Ik heb dit product nu bijna 3 jaar in bezit en gebruik deze nog dagelijks. De interen geluiden zijn van top kwaliteit en er is veel diversiteit, vooral in de percussie. Ik heb zelf ook een Roland HD1 en gebruik de SPD-30 als drummodule (via MIDI) voor deze e-drumset. Tegenwoordig gebruik ik de SPD-30 in combinatie met Ableton (MIDI USB). De drivers worden herkend en je kan, zonder latency, externe samples afvuren. Dit opent een hele nieuwe wereld aan samples.
De drumpads voelen heel goed aan en de module zelf kan ook wat 'miss-hits' aan. Het gebeurt regelmatig dat ik naast een pad slaag, maar de SPD-30 heeft nog geen krasje.

Heel tevreden over deze aankoop, het is aan de prijzige kant, maar heb er absoluut geen spijt van.

(Als je enkel met eigen samples wil werken raadt ik de SPD-SX aan.)
