General
The ESI Planet 22x audio interface features built-in Dante support, which means it can be integrated into your network for super-fast audio-over-ethernet distribution. Since it's also super-compact, this interface is perfect for small studios and recording on-location. ESI has outfitted the Planet 22x with excellent AD/DA converters and preamps for up to 24-bit/96 kHz audio, two balanced inputs and outputs, and an adjustable headphone output that's backed up by a high-quality headphone amplifier. The unit can be powered using the included power supply or run on PoE (Power over Ethernet), and includes a software bundle comprised of Dante Virtual Soundcard, Bitwig Studio 8-Track, inTone 2 simulation software, and Deckadance LE by Stanton.
