General
With the Sela Chau Gong 20" Sun, you’re bringing a hand-forged traditional Chinese gong into your home, crafted from a special bronze alloy. A distinctive feature is the unique Sun design: a combination of an unpolished, matt base and glossy concentric rings, visible on the surface which also displays the authentic hammer patina. The result? A deep, earthy tone, rich in overtones and sustained vibrations, with the polished circles providing extra clarity and projection. The included mallet, with its maple wood handle and velvety-soft head, offers optimal control over dynamics and playing style. Thanks to its weight of approximately 3.4 kg and the sturdy, black carrying case, you can safely transport this gong to your next meditation session, therapy session or musical performance.
