General
The Sela Chau Gong 24" Mantra combines traditional craftsmanship with a unique Tibetan design. This gong is entirely handcrafted from a special bronze alloy and measures approximately 60 cm in diameter. The dark, low-gloss surface is beautifully accented by densely engraved rows of Tibetan mantras, with the Om symbol at the centre as a focal point. These engravings reveal bright bronze highlights, making the gong exceptional not only aurally but also visually. Its deep bass foundation, rich overtones and long sustain offer a wealth of expressive possibilities, whether you play softly or with vigour. The set comes complete with a beechwood mallet (with a fleece-covered head) and a sturdy, black carry bag. In short: an instrument for meditative sessions, sound therapy or special musical performances.
