General
DiMarzio developed the Occult Classic™ Bridge for the bridge position of Dave Davidson’s Jackson Warrior with a longer 26.5-inch scale length. The result: a deep, powerful low end that remains tight and precise, ideal for staccato rhythms and thrash riffs. Even with complex chords featuring open strings and heavy distortion, every note remains clearly distinguishable. Thanks to its slightly lower output, this pickup also sounds extra punchy and articulate, whether played clean or distorted.
