The DiMarzio DP184W The Chopper is a humbucker consisting of two small coils. By using two 'blades' instead of separate poles, the sound is balanced. The Chopper is clearly present in the mid and low frequencies. Originally designed for the bridge position, it is also often placed in the neck position.
