The Lollar Special T Single Coil Pickup is inspired by the early 1950s Fender Broadcaster pickups. This bridge pickup offers a punchy, powerful sound with a focused midrange, a small increase in compression and a smooth high frequency. The Special T is perfect for guitarists who want to avoid the often too bright sound of most Tele® pickups, or who are looking for a slightly warmer, darker tone, while still retaining the best features of the Fullerton-era Fender sound. It is a versatile pickup suitable for a wide range of playing styles.
