General
The Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro Tele pickup set combines the classic Telecaster snap and twang with a warmer, rounder tone and a sweeter high-end response. The bridge pickup has a softer attack for a Tele tone without excessive bite, whilst the neck pickup delivers a vintage rhythm sound with a smoother, smoky-sweet response in the treble range. This makes your playing feel slightly gentler and gives chords a springy, full-bodied quality.
Authentic construction and finish
Both pickups feature Alnico II sand-cast rod magnets and are finished with authentic waxed cloth wiring and a copper-plated steel backplate, for that classic Tele look and sound. Like all Seymour Duncan pickups, they are wax-potted, ensuring interference-free operation without microphonic squeaks, both on clean and distorted settings.
