This Seymour Duncan neck humbucker spoons out crystal-clear cleans, full and transparent distortions and singing sustain. All of this is made possible by the original fifties-style specifications, which include an alnico-V magnetic core; an enamelled coil; a baseplate finished with long feet; vintage-grade single-core braided wiring and, to complete the deal, this pup has also been wax-potted to suppress any unwanted feedback. Just note that, since this is the two-conductor edition, it doesn't support coil-split switching. If you want the option to flip from full humbucker sound to single-coil sparkle, then go for the four-conductor edition instead.
