This is the Seymour Duncan Jupiter Rails Bridge Humbucker 7-String. This is a Wes Hauch signature 7-string double-coil rail-style ceramic guitar element intended for your 7-string electric guitar. Wes Hauch's unique and recognisable guitar playing can be heard in the harder work of acts such as Alluvial, Devin Townsend, Thy Art Is Murder and The Faceless. To realise his distinctly aggressive and crystal-clear sounds, he asked Seymour Duncan to create special rail humbuckers. The result is this Jupiter Rails 7-7-String Bridge Humbucker, developed in collaboration with Wes at the factory in Santa Barbara in the US state of California. This double-coil guitar element for your 7-string combines twin stainless steel rail poles, a powerful ceramic magnet and precisely tuned winding for maximum output. The result is a double coil pickup with a fierce attack, tight mids, perfect string balance and unprecedented clarity. This allows you to cut through the mix with sharpness and power with your 7-string guitar, just like Wes Hauch does.
