This Cool Rails dual-blade bridge humbucker, in the housing of a singlecoil element, gives the bridge position of your ST-style solidbody a hint of that singlecut guitar sound. With its medium output, this pickup delivers a humbucker-style sound for those nice full chords and also sparkling, yet rounded loose guitar notes. In the bridge position, the Cool Rails forms a perfect combination with traditional single-coils in the other positions, providing a versatile tone palette for any guitar. Match it with the SCR-1N Cool Rails in these other positions, on the contrary, you have an unprecedentedly wider palette of double-coil guitar tones at your disposal. To combat annoying side noises such as unwanted feedback, this element has been treated with wax. In addition, the 4-wire cable gives you options for coil-split and parallel switching as well.
