Seymour Duncan Slash 3.0 Humbucker Set, 1-Conductor Cable - Gold Cover

General

The Seymour Duncan Slash 3.0 Humbucker Set has been developed for guitarists looking for that little bit more output and bite, without losing the recognisable Slash clarity. This set comprises a neck and bridge humbucker and is based on classic construction methods, but with a more modern punch. Think tighter lows, faster attack and a distinct rock edge: exactly what you need to give your riffs and leads extra authority. The gold covers also instantly give your guitar that stylish, vintage look.

Built for vintage-style guitars

The Slash 3.0 features long-leg mounting, making it a perfect fit for many vintage-style guitars, such as Les Paul® and SG® models. The 1-conductor braided shield hook-up cable also reflects this traditional approach. Under the cover, you’ll find a rough-cast Alnico V magnet and a dual-coil design for that full humbucker sound without any annoying hum. With a DC resistance of 9.62 kOhm (bridge) and 8.8 kOhm (neck), you’re straight into the realm of powerful, well-defined rock tones.

Hand-built in the USA (and good to know)

These pickups are hand-built in Santa Barbara (USA) with classic details such as wooden spacers, traditional components and vacuum wax potting to prevent unwanted microphony. Please note: pickups may differ slightly in shape and dimensions from your original pickups; minor adjustments may sometimes be necessary—so please check the schematic diagrams beforehand. Also important: returns/refunds are not accepted if the cable has been cut or soldered, or if any damage has occurred.
