General
The Seymour Duncan SSL-2 Vintage Flat Strat Pickup is perfect for guitarists looking for a warm, vintage sound with a modern twist. Thanks to the equal length of the Alnico V magnet poles, this pickup delivers a lovely balance across all strings, particularly when used with modern string sets featuring an unwound G string and a flatter fretboard radius. The hand-finished design is identical to the famous SSL-1, but offers a slightly fuller tone and a clear response. The combination of single-coil character and low output makes the SSL-2 highly versatile for styles such as country, pop, surf and classic rock. The pickup features a fabric-covered push-back lead and a white housing. Made in the USA with a DC resistance of 6.5 kOhm. Please note: returns are only accepted if the leads are unmodified.
