General
Peavey's 6505 Reissue 412 Slant speaker cabinet is designed to the specifications of their original 1992 model, but with some improvements. Ideal in combination with the reissues of their 6505 amp tops, either one of the original ones! As the name suggests, the 412 Straight has four 12" speakers of the Sheffield 1230+ type. Together, these can handle a load of up to 300W. Thanks to two 6.35 mm jacks and a stereo/mono switch, it is also possible to use this amplifier in stereo. The impedance then changes from 16 Ohms for mono, to 8 Ohms per side in stereo. Sturdy detachable wheels make it very suitable for use on tour. Also available as a straight model.
