The advantage of the D5 capsule is that ambient noise is hardly picked up. Only the vocals of the singer or host are transmitted. This makes the HT470 D5 perfect for noisy situations. The super-cardioid pickup pattern provides a concentrated pickup angle, so that only the sound that is coming from the front is picked up by the HT470.

Mobility

Thanks to the two-pole internal antenna with an output power of 50 mW, the HT470 is capable of a range of dozens of metres from the receiver, without suffering from signal loss. The display provides information about the remaining battery life, which is even passed on to the SR470 receiver. The on/off button is 'silent'; the feared loud popping noise is absent. On a single AA battery, this professional handheld lasts for up to 14 hours. An optional dock charger (CU 400) offers quick charging possibilities. The AKG HT470 D5 provides a clear, interference-free channel for live vocals and presentations.
