As a headset, the Shure BRH441M-LC is the slightly smaller brother of the BRH440M-LC. Smaller, in the sense that it has a driver on one side where the 440 is stereo. So the advantage of this 441 is that one of your ears remains free to receive editorial signals. For indeed: this is typically a product for the media world, the broadcast industry, and the like. Otherwise, 'tis a similar product. So even this headset does not come with a cable. In the broadcast world, one uses somewhat different connectors than in the music world. There, a plug is chosen and fitted to a cable by Arnoud with a soldering iron.
