General

With the Gibraltar Hardware SC-1308SSD, you upgrade the resonant side of your snare drum for extra control, articulation and projection. The die-cast construction ensures even tension, while the reinforced tension points keep your tuning stable. The large snare gates give the string bed more space for a smoother response. The tensioning edge is also slightly oversized, allowing the skin to vibrate more freely and you retain more resonance. The batter/tensioning edge for the batter skin side is sold separately.
