The Shure P3TR is one of the in-ear monitoring systems from the reliable PSM300 series. It consists of a P3T transmitter - complete with rack mounts, hardware, BNC cable and power supply - and a P3R receiver. The latter is a bodypack receiver (with 2 AA batteries included), that you can connect your own in-ear headphones to. That's especially handy when you have your own customised in-ear monitors, or even a complete wireless system, and simply need to replace the receiver and transmitter. Do note that this is the K12, 614-638 MHz version.
