The Audix MG15HC concerns the hypercardioid version of the professional MG15 gooseneck condsensor microphone. This means tighter recordings, less ambient noise and more accurate sound reproduction! You use the Audix MG15HC for professional purposes such as: (video) teleconferences, meetings and presentations. The gooseneck is 15 inches (38.1 cm) long and can be bent at two points. This way you point the Audix MG15HC at an angle of 60 to 75 degrees to the user. It is a condenser microphone, so the mic requires a mixer or interface capable of supplying 18 or 52 volts of phantom power. The microphone's internal circuitry eliminates unwanted noise from the power source completely from recordings.
