General
The EVID FM4.2 is a 2-way speaker system from Electro-Voice. The model is specially designed narrow to fit well in tight spaces and can be mounted either on walls or ceilings. The speakers can distribute sound evenly across a room due to a high spread angle of 150 degrees. By using the rotary knob on the front of the unit, you can easily adjust the power output even after installation. The transformer offers a choice between 1.75, 3.75, 7.5, 15 and 30 watts via 70V or 100V lines and 8-ohm bypass. The crossover splits frequencies between the 4-inch woofer and the 1-inch titanium-coated tweeter. The woofer and tweeter drivers are overload protected.
