The Visaton HW 3/80 NG is a rugged 3-way crossover designed for recessed applications in speaker systems. This crossover is constructed from high-quality components, such as copper coils, MKT film capacitors and low-loss electrolytic capacitors, neatly mounted on an epoxy circuit board. With a rated output of 100 watts and a maximum load capacity of 160 watts, this crossover is suitable for a wide variety of speakers. The filter sections are tuned to acquisition frequencies of 1600 Hz and 6000 Hz and offer flanks of 16 dB and 6 dB per octave, ensuring tight separation between frequency bands. This ensures a transparent and balanced sound, without the different drivers getting in each other's way.
