General

The Sela Art Series Kalimbas are a feast for the ear as well as the eye. This melodic instrument is extravagantly executed with a unique, stylish print. This is a hollow-body kalimba with 10 reeds, made of mahogany. The body amplifies low frequencies, creating a full, warm sound with fascinating resonance. All reeds are tuned in C-major. As each note is engraved on the respective tongue, even the beginning percussionist can easily handle this thumb piano. Included is a padded carrying case plus a cloth case and tuning mallet.
