Roland CUBE-ST Cube Street black

Deze versterker is puik. Prachtig geluid met gave effecten. Ondanks de 5 watt toch een hele boel volume. De zang klinkt prima. Voor mij dus geweldige versterker. Ik hoef ook niet heel hard want er is geen drummer bij en dat scheelt wel. Dus prima voor op een klein podium in een cafeetje of kleine zaal. Een mooi geluid geeft dit, echt kwaliteit.

Het bestellen ging even niet zoals ik gewend ben. Op 25 - 7 voor 23.00 besteld. Een rode want de zwarte waren niet op voorraad. De volgende ochtend geen bericht en dus zelf gebeld. Er was inderdaad iets verkeerd gegaan en nu ging er een onderzoek van start. De man aan de telefoon bleek op een kantoortje in Amsterdam aan de telefoon te hangen en gaf liever niet zijn naam.
Nog eens op de website gekeken en ook de rode bleken niet op voorraad. Er was dus kennelijk meer besteld dan dat er voorraad was. Dat kan gebeuren en daar wil ik niet moeilijk over doen.
Maar zeg dat dan gewoon eerlijk en hang niet een suf verhaal op over een onderzoek dat wel dagen lang kan duren. In 2018 doet een bedrijf van het kaliber van Bax er een niet nader te noemen aantal dagen over om te kijken wat er is gebeurt en waar het mis ging?
Zeg gewoon eerlijk wat er aan de hand is en geef een klant de gelegenheid om daar begrip voor op te brengen.

Maar ik ben bijzonder blij met deze versterker.
