Playing lap steel is an art in itself, but the Duesenberg Fairytale Harbor Green & White takes it to a whole new level. The korina body feels instantly premium, and thanks to the Multibender bridge, you can bend specific strings up or down by a half or whole tone. This lets you effortlessly turn a minor chord into a major one, or add just that tasteful bend here and there to bring your music to life! The system has been expanded with separate levers, so you can decide for yourself how much freedom of movement you want to retain and use up to five (individually adjustable) levers at the same time.

Simplicity and powerful sound

In the neck position is a SingleTwin Domino P90, which filters out noise and adds depth to the sound with a warm, full tone. In the bridge position, you’ll find a GrandVintage Humbucker, which ensures that even sharper leads sound great on the Fairytale Lapsteel. You can switch between these two tones using the 3-way pickup selector, and the special speed pot lets you create rapid swells whilst playing. Another clever detail is the integrated Easy-Shift Capodaster. Simply loosen the screw, slide the capo along the rail to the desired position on the fretboard, and tighten it again. No loose capo to lose or that slips out of place whilst playing! The Fairytale comes in a sturdy Duesenberg Custom Line case, including the necessary Allen keys.
