Prima midikabel. Het enigste wat mij irriteert is dat de kabel erg stug is. Hoe kort deze kabel ook is , deze kabel heeft een eigen willetje. Makkelijk om een microfoon of keyboard statief wikkelen is bijna onmogelijk, omdat de kabel alle kanten wil opgaan en bol blijft staan zodat je kabelbinders moet toepassen voor een nette afwerking.

Ik heb onlangs deze kabel gekocht om te gebruiken in combinatie met een Akai Ewi 4000s. Hiervoor had ik steeds standaardkabels met een gewone buitenmantel. Deze gaven na verloop van tijd echter storing.

Na een tijdlang opzoekwerk gedaan te hebben, kwam ik uit bij deze kabel. Hoewel ik hem nog niet lang gebruik, kan ik wel al zeggen dat hij heel erg bevalt. De kabel ziet er heel degelijk uit, vooral door de stijve geweven buitenmantel. Hierdoor is hij ook wat stugger, wat wel wat wennen is. Dit is zeker geen nadeel.

Enig puntje dat misschien wel belangrijk kan zijn voor ewi-spelers. Ik heb gekozen voor de haakse kabel omdat de draad dan mooi naar beneden kon lopen zonder in een boogje af te hangen.

Helaas had ik er niet aan gedacht dat de kabel met de hoek naar omhoog gericht (dus omgekeerd als op de foto te zien is) in de ewi moet, waardoor die toch in een boogje afhangt... Da's dus nog even afwachten.

Voor de rest: topkabel! Niet twijfelen dus...
