The IK Multimedia iRig Keys 37 Pro (Windows and Mac) is similar to the iRig Keys 37, but features full-size keys, so it's an excellent choice if you're accustomed to playing a full-size piano or keyboard. Like its mini key counterpart, however, the iRig Keys 37 Pro boasts a compact , minimalist design without any unnecessary bells and whistles, making it ideal for musicians and producers who need a MIDI controller to play chords and melodies. To complete the package, you also get a sustain pedal input, pitch and modulation wheels and various buttons that control your settings. A USB cable and an instrument bundle are included.

iRig Keys 37 Pro: a USB keyboard

The iRig Keys 37 Pro is part of the iRig USB series, which means it was developed to complement your Windows or Mac computer. Simply plug this MIDI keyboard into your laptop's USB port and you're good to go. Would you like to be able to play a wide range of musical instruments, such as piano, bass guitar, violin and synthesizer? All you have to do is install a virtual instrument plugin (like the included SampleTank SE) in your DAW software. You'll even be able to make multi-track recordings! Would you just like to play for playing's sake? In that case, SampleTank can also be used as a stand-alone program.

• The MIDI keyboard can also be connected to an iOS device (iOS 4.3 or higher) or an Android device (Android 5.0 or higher, or a Samsung Professional Audio device). To do so, however, you'll need a separately available Camera Connection Kit (iOS 30-pin), Lightning-USB adapter (iOS Lightning) or USB-OTG adapter (Android).
