For producers who want to be in the spotlight, Arturia presents the Arturia MiniLab MK2 USB/MIDI keyboard. This affordable, compact mini keyboard is easy to take with you wherever you go, and is easy to power via USB. With the ability to play the keyboard, assign drum samples with the pads, use plugins, or experiment with the sixteen rotary knobs, you'll have virtually endless possibilities at your fingertips. Add to that the possibility to play with the touch strip pitch bend and modulation and the sustain input, and you've got yourself a complete studio on the go!
Features of the Arturia MiniLab MK2
If you're wondering what the MK2 means in this product's name, it stands for the second version of Arturia's original MiniLab. The quality of the components has been improved, as well as the housing, the key bed, and the controls. It also comes with a collection of useful software so you can get started right away. That includes Analog Lab Lite, a library of sounds based on Arturia softsynths that offer a wide range of analogue synths. The built quality is excellent, the keys feel solid and have a bit of resistance, the pads feel sturdy and very responsive to use, the infinity knobs feel great with their rubbery texture.

Voor mij de eerste MIDI controller, in gebruik met FL Studio. Ingebruikname kostte wel wat moeite, betere documentatie van Arturia zou voor de beginner geen overbodige luxe zijn, maar als je een beetje ervaring met MIDI hebt zal het niet veel hoofdbrekens geven. Heb je de boel eenmaal aangesloten en werkend dan valt er eigenlijk niets op aan te merken.
Mooi, solide apparaat en het bijgeleverde Analog Lab Lite geeft een mooie verzameling hoog kwalitatieve soundbanks uit de Arturia verzameling. Zelf heb ik inmiddels de volledige versie aangeschaft.
Mocht je nog geen MIDI controller hebben en hier een goeie deal mee kunnen krijgen dan kan ik hem zeker aanraden. Erg mee in m'n nopjes!

De keys zijn makkelijk in te drukken en de pads voelen fijn aan. Het persoonlijk instellen van het MIDI bord is ook erg makkelijk en fijn om te doen. Zeker een aanrader voor de beginnende producer!
