As well as the popular Launchpad S, Novation offers the powerful Launch Control XL. This controller was designed for plug-and-play use directly with Ableton Live. You can control the mixer, effects and instruments effortlessly with this comprehensive controller by means of 24 sturdy rotary knobs with LED indicators, and 8 faders for stepless and accurate control of your mixer channels. Underneath the faders, there are 16 multi-coloured soft touch-type push buttons. The Launch Control XL and the Launchpad S make a great team for use on stage and together, they deliver the ultimate Ableton experience.

Ableton Launch Control XL

Wat een lekkere knoppen!

Veel rondgekeken en uiteindelijk de Launch ControlXL gekocht omdat deze controller over de juiste (eigenlijk veel meer) knoppen en schuifjes beschikt om mee te draaien en in verschillende DAW's te gebruiken.

Mijn eerste indruk was geweldig. Na gebruik blijkt deze controller inderdaad geweldig te zijn. In Ableton schakelt de Launch ControlXL over op het standaard Ableton template en in FL Studio schakelt hij over naar template nummer 9, namelijk FL Studio. Voor Traktor heb ik verschillende templates via fora gedownload, maar zelf instellen via Midi-Learn gaat mij toch het beste af.

De knobs, faders en pads voelen stevig aan en werken fijn om mee te dj'en.

Er word software bijgeleverd zoals Ableton Live Lite, een programma om te trainen op timing bij het maken van beats met de pads en er kan een sample pack gedownload worden.

Weer goed en snel geleverd door BAX-shop..
Nu een week in huis en zeer tevreden,ik gebruik hem in combinatie met FL studio.
De ingebouwde template voor FL studio was ik niet tevreden mee,maar deze is
vrij gemakkelijk aan te passen aan je eigen wensen,zie onderstaande website.
Deze site is bedoeld voor de launchpad,maar de commands zijn hetzelfde alleen de padnummers
zijn verschillend.
