General

The Mackie Control Extender Pro is an eight-channel control surface extension for the MCU Pro, and while this extender is slightly narrower, it offers the same channel options as the MCU Pro, just without the master section. Multiple extensions can be coupled up with an MCU Pro to build a sonic monster loaded with as many faders and pots as you want.

The Mackie Pro Extender

The extenders and desk are coupled easily via a MIDI cable, and since each unit comes with an internal MIDI interface, up to three MCU XT Pros can be linked without the need for any external hardware. Once set up, the hardware faders and controls can be operated with ease from the comfort of your DAW software.
