As its name suggests, Native Instruments' Maschine Mikro Mk3 is the third version of this highly-popular controller. Although it uses MIDI data to control samples, its interface encourages such a creative workflow that even top DJs are using it these days. I've wanted to get into finger drumming for a while as I find it a unituitive on my Komplete Kontrol Keyboard - I looked at the MK3 but it was very expensive and I won't be using it as a standalone unit - turns out my Komplete kontrol keyboard can be used with it's screens to control the Mikro so there was nothing lost for me there.
It's intuitive - It's comfortable - the pads feel amazing and everything is sleek and ergonomic - I'm very excited to get to learn this thing completely.
Bax shipping was very quick and customer service is great! Would highly recommend this product and Bax.

De Maschine Micro opent een compleet nieuwe soundwereld. Wat ik vooral waardeer, is de flexibiliteit: je kunt het apparaat standalone gebruiken met de bijgeleverde desktopsoftware, maar ook als VST in je favoriete DAW integreren. Dat is echt ideaal.
Deze combinatie zorgt ervoor dat ik sinds lang weer beats maak in de standalone modus, die ik later volledig uitwerk in mijn workstation. Dit proces zorgt voor een hoop enthousiasme om beats om te zetten tot composities en daadwerkelijk iets concreets met muziek te doen. Ik ben zeer blij dat ik de Micro heb aangeschaft en hij heeft een prachtig nieuw plekje in de studio.
