Over the past few years I have found myself drawn more and more back to playing with hardware and even though I can get it all to talk via a computer, there still seemed like something was missing from my early days of music making.



I can't believe that I held off for so long on including a Beat Step Pro into the set-up.



I've got a TR-8 sending clock to a TB-3 and my BSP (via an inexpensive MIDI splitter cable) and the BSP MIDI out is going to my Access Snow.



I can't even begin to tell you about the Fun I'm having. Instant gratification and a really easy interface/workflow, without going any where near a computer, (I have dug deeper into my Virus, than in all the years I have had it!). Marvelous bit of kit.

Okay het doet het goed met MIDI maar de CV pitch output is een paar octaven te hoog. Ja ik kan via de MIDI Center settings doen wat ik wil, maar zo kan ik nooit zowel CV/GATE modules samen met MIDI modules spelen. Dus dan maar alleen MIDI. Met de Doepfer Dark Time heb ik dat probleem nooit.

Ik gebruik hem met Cubase Elements en i.c.m. midifiltering om de midi kanalen van de BSP in de DAW op te splitsen. Jammer dat Cubase dat niet standaard doet. Je hebt dus eigenlijk Cubase Pro/Artist editie nodig als je niet zelf deze workaround wilt doen...
