If you’re looking for a humbucker that exudes history and character, the Seymour Duncan SH-18N Whole Lotta Humbucker for the neck position is the one for you. This pickup is inspired by Duncan’s own rewound 1970s P.A.F. design, complete with a rough-cast Alnico 5 magnet and smooth enamelled wire. Thanks to its unique winding pattern and a solid DC resistance of 8.20k, the pickup delivers a robust, warm tone with a slight natural compression and sustain. The SH-18N is hand-built in California, featuring a nickel-silver backplate and an insulated 4-conductor cable for versatile wiring options. Finished in black (without a pickup cover), it fits seamlessly into any classic or modern guitar.
