General

The Visaton FD 18 is a solid protective cover made of steel plate, designed for use with the Visaton DL 18/1 and DL 18/2 loudspeakers. The two push-out openings allow easy cable routing. With a mounting depth of 90 mm and a net weight of only 0.282 kg, this hood is easy to install without adding unnecessary weight to the ceiling. Please note: the FD 18 is not suitable for fire-protected ceilings type F30. Do you want a solution with fire protection? Then fireproof enclosures such as FlamoX are available from KAISER.
