General

The Visaton FD 18 L is a sturdy steel protective cover, specially designed for the DL 18/1 and DL 18/2 loudspeakers. Two handy push-out holes allow you to neatly tuck away cables. The cap comes with four pre-mounted screws, making it easy to attach connections and cable clips. With a mounting depth of 170 mm and a net weight of only 0.59 kg, the FD 18 L is not only easy to handle, but also increases the volume around the speaker. This has a positive effect on sound quality. Please note that this product is not suitable for use in fire-resistant ceilings (F30).
