Then, simply clear out a little corner of your pedalboard and make space for the Electro Harmonix Lester G Rotary Speaker Simulator. Inside this tight stompbox lies the power to evoke the genuine and deeply adored sound of a vintage Leslie, with the helping hand of a little built-in compression. This pedal doesn't just provide control over the rotary speed, but the speed at which the virtual speaker spins. A drive pot has also been included so that the edges can be frayed as preferred for that added touch of Leslie-based realism. The speed can also be controlled in real time by hooking up an extra expression pedal (not included)

Guitar Focussed

The Electro Harmonix Lester G is actually the bigger rendition of the Lester K. Here, a helpful 'G' has been included to let us all know that this stompbox is guitar-ready. For optimally rich, rotary speaker sound, it's pretty important that the pedal receives a balanced signal, and to make sure of this, EHX have kindly integrated a compressor that can be tweaked to taste. The Acceleration pot, meanwhile, offers even more control over the resulting sound, and the inclusion of the same Break switch found on the face of the Lester K means that guitarists are also offered the power to create that iconic 'whoop whoop whoosh' effect as you start and stop the 'rotary speaker'.
