Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol MK2 & Maschine MK3
Native Instruments, the successful brand from Berlin, has a special announcement to make about the Komplete Kontrol S49 MK2, the Komplete Kontrol S61 MK2, and the Maschine MK3, especially for the groovers among us!
Complete control
The Komplete Kontrol keyboards and the Maschine are nothing new to the market. They are known to be durable, and feature coloured LEDs above the keys that correspond to the colour codes in the Kontakt software on your computer. This enables you to see instantly where the key switches were and where the actual sounds were. This concept has not been changed in the MK2, fortunately! Some of the new features include a Fatar key bed and a large colour display. These new keyboards also have traditional pitch and modulation wheels with an extra touch strip to boot!
Into the groove
The Maschine is a traditional controller and production station in one. It's covered in backlit pads and equipped with handy encoders as well as an audio interface for use in standalone mode. As this product is being launched simultaneously with its keyboard counterparts, it goes without saying that the features on the MK2 keyboards, such as the high-res colour display and unique cursor/push encoder combination, are also found on the Maschine MK3! With 8 GB of samples including drum kits and loops at your fingertips, you can start producing right away. Like the keyboards, the Maschine also comes with Komplete 11 SELECT included, the compact (yet powerful) edition of Komplete.
