General

The Eurolite LED IP TL-3 QCL Trusslight is a robust, weather-proof floor spot with an IP65 rating. Equipped with three 10W RGBW LEDs, this light effect is perfect for uplighting. Dial in custom colour mixes, or use the included frost filter for broad-and-even light output at events, during video shoots, or on stage.

36 Programs and 15 Colour Presets

The TL-3 not only supports smooth, homogeneous colour mixing and adjustable dimming, but features 36 built-in programs and 15 colour presets. This fixture can be controlled in standalone, DMX or master-slave mode, and comes complete with an IR remote control. The narrow, 10° beam angle and flicker-free output also make it ideal for applications that demand precision lighting, like video production and photography.

Power-Linking

Equipped with a DMX XLR input and output, the TL-3 QCL Trusslight can be power-linked with up to eight other units. It's also equipped with a silent convection cooling system and can be mounted in various ways, including suspended installation.

Wrote the following about Eurolite LED IP TL-3 QCL Truss Light

Ik heb 8 van deze lampen en ben er erg tevreden over: robuuste omhuizing die goed waterdicht is en een mooie bundel: een zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Ik gebruik ze voornamelijk voor het aanlichten van kolommen, muren, ramen,etc. Door de smalle bundel kun je mooie accenten geven.

De omhuizing is van metaal en ziet er mooi en degelijk uit. Het zijn ook mooie compacte armaturen in een handige vorm, waardoor ze weinig ruimte innemen. Tijdens gebruik zijn ze volledig stil (geen ventilator). Ik gebruik ze voornamelijk via DMX, en dat werkt prima; mooie kleuren, goede dimming.

Ook een paar kleine verbeterpunten: 1) de true1 in- en uit-kabels zitten dicht bij elkaar en met het schuifje naar elkaar toe, waardoor je je vingers tussen de twee moet wringen bij het losmaken; 2) bij iedere lamp krijg je een afstandbediening (Eurolite doet dit bij bijna alle lampen), en ik vind dit verspilling. Beter zou zijn om de afstandbedieningen los te verkopen, zodat je er niet een paar dozijn ergens in een doos hebt liggen en de lamp mogelijk nog een paar euro goedkoper kan; 3) Ik vind de naamgeving niet handig; er zijn nu diverse types "TL-3" lampen, oude en nieuwe modellen (en dan ook nog wel IP niet IP, wel of niet accu).
