General

Turbosound's TPX153 is a professional 3-way, 2000-watt passive full-range speaker that can be used as a portable PA for FOH, side or drum fill applications, for instance. It doesn't require any external EQ or filtering and reaches its full potential when it's used in combination with a subwoofer and/or a Turbosound speaker management system. The TPX153 is equipped with two 15-inch LF drivers that have low mass voice coils for improved response and a single 1-inch compression driver for excellent reproduction of the higher frequencies. The TPX153 has an 18 mm-thick plywood housing covered in durable carpet and there are Neutrik SpeakON NL-4 connectors for optimal sound quality.
